1. Programme Details

The End-of-Year Reset Programme includes:

• Four (4) 60-minute coaching sessions

• Supporting Material as per the coach's discretion

• Between-session support (WhatsApp/voice notes)

• Weekly prompts and additional resources as available

All details of what’s included are outlined on the sales page and may be updated for clarity.

2. Payment & Pricing

Payment is required at the time of purchase.

You may choose:

• Full payment

• Payment plan (2 installments)

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payment installments as agreed.

3. Refund Policy

This programme is non-refundable due to:

• Immediate access to digital resources

• Limited coaching availability

• Reserved session times

4. Scheduling & Session Policies

After enrolling, you will receive a link to book your 30-minute onboarding call.
Session scheduling will be agreed upon mutually.

Rescheduling requires reasonable notice.
Frequent last-minute changes may limit availability.

Unused sessions expire 30 days after programme start, unless otherwise arranged.

5. Coaching Agreement

You will receive a Coaching Agreement to sign.
This agreement outlines:

• Confidentiality

• Boundaries

• Expectations

• Ethical guidelines

• Coach/client responsibilities

This is standard practice under the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Services begin only after the agreement is signed.

6. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential except:

• Where required by law

• If there is risk of harm to yourself or others

Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Between-Session Support

WhatsApp or voice-note support is available for short check-ins or clarifications.
It is not a substitute for full coaching sessions or crisis support. Any additional coaching sessions desired, outside of the package sessions, will be an additional cost.

8. Technology & Access

You are responsible for:

• Reliable internet access

• Showing up on time

• Completing any exercises or forms

We are not responsible for technical failures that occur on your device or network.

9. No Guarantees

Coaching supports growth, clarity, and action — but results depend on your participation, commitment, and implementation.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes

• Business results

• Emotional or psychological changes

We guarantee a professional, ethical coaching experience.

10. Intellectual Property

All content — including workbooks, prompts, videos, and resources — is for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without permission.

11. Suitability

This programme is not suitable for individuals:

• Seeking therapy or medical treatment

• In crisis or acute distress

• Who cannot commit to showing up or completing agreed actions

You must be 18+ to enroll.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
